"I was kinda dissapointed when it..."
I was kinda dissapointed when it arrived. The print looked cheap in person and the colors were really dull, not what I was expecting.

"Colors were way off"
I ordered the canvas expecting it to look close to the preview, but when it arrived, it looked nothing like what I saw on my screen.

The colors were much darker and flatter than expected, especially the blues and the skin tones. I get that screens can vary a bit, but this felt like there was no real person there checking how it actually came out.

For the price, I really thought the color matching would be better. I’m disappointed and don’t think I’d order from them again

"Canvas quality was disappointing"
I was disappointed with the canvas quality. It feels kind of cheap, and it wrinkles way too easily for something I expected to hold up better. I reached out to support, and the reply was basically along the lines of “some creasing can happen with normal use,” but it started looking worn almost right away. Not really what I was hoping for

"Too frustrating to use on my phone"
The site looked nice when I first opened it, but actually using it on my phone got annoying quickly. I’m not super picky, but my personal standard is that I should be able to find basic info without feeling like I’m chasing it around the page. The menu kept taking me in circles, the filters weren’t very clear, and it took way too many taps to get anywhere useful.

Checkout wasn’t much better. It felt clunky, the pages loaded slowly, and after a while I just gave up before placing my order. Maybe the desktop version is smoother, but on mobile it was a frustrating experience for me.

"Not much to choose from"
I was disappointed with the design options. There just weren’t many to pick from, and none of them really felt like my style. It also kind of feels like this thing works when it wants to, which made the whole experience more frustrating than I expected.

"Custom canvas wasn't what I expected"
I ordered a custom canvas and it didn’t come out like the preview showed. The text was placed a little weird, and the colors looked off too, not really what I thought I was getting.

Maybe it was just a issue with my order, but the customization wasn’t very accurate. Kinda dissapointing after waiting for it to arrive.

"I was really looking forward to this..."
I was really looking forward to this canvas, so it was disappointing when it showed up in such a flimsy box with barely any padding. The corners were bent, and the wrap looked like it had been done in a hurry. it made me feel like I’d wasted money on something that should’ve arrived in much better condition.

"Support left me feeling annoyed"
I reached out to Tokyocanvas about my order, the whole thing put me in a bad mood.
It took way too long for them to get back to me, and when they finally did, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. I ended up having to follow up just to get a basic answer, which was really irritating.
I understand shops can get busy, but being left with no proper updates is frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless their customer service gets a lot better

I’ve been waiting for this issue to get resolved, but it’s still not fixed. It’s frustrating at this point, especially after expecting some kind of update or solution by now...

I get that delays happen, and I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but this delivery took way longer than they originally said it would. The tracking barely updated, so I ended up having to chase it down myself, which was really frustrating. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me it felt too unreliable, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

"I tried returning my order from..."
I tried returning my order from tokyocanvas.com, and it was more annoying than it should’ve been. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to keep emailing just to figure out what to do next, and they didn’t really make it easy.

The refund also took way too long, and they still deducted money for things I didn’t really understand. It left a bad impression, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix the return process.

"Misleading listing and the wrong print arrived"
I ordered what I thought was one specific design, but a completely different print showed up. The wording on the listing made it seem like I was choosing the design pictured, which feels misleading. I reached out to support, but they took forever to respond and still haven’t actually fixed anything. Really frustrating experience.

"Wish I’d read the reviews first"
I regret spending the money on this. It’s way too pricey for what you actually get, and I definitely wish I had checked the reviews before buying. Just not worth it in my opinion.
